Two lads arrived on time and quickly removed the old windows and cleaned up the whole area. The new windows were installed efficiently and everything conformed to my order. The foul weather, wind and rain, didn't stop them working continuously. When they left at the end of the day the whole site was left clean and tidy with the old windows removed. I was impressed to note that there was no making good required on any of the windows. Any slight damage was covered by fillets installed adjacent to the window frames. One lad returned the next day to replace one factory damaged vent and to do minor changes to 2 other windows. The team were polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble to ensure the customer was happy. The 2 guys who came to do the work were hard working, professional and friendly. Wind-Smashed glass in a wooden garage door at 3.30pm on Xmas Eve. No security issues, and was quoted verbally that PM. Rang after Xmas: was visited in 30 mins, and had a written quote in 2hrs (within £2 of the verbal estimate 😀). Glass ordered . Job now done. Very neat+ all rubbish taken away.
